Ellie | Oklahoma High School Senior | Missy Moore Photography

Oh, how I absolutely LOVE working with high school seniors, especially sweet girls like Ellie.  She’s just as beautiful on the inside as she is on the outside. Our day started out with hair and makeup with her sweet mom in tow. While Ellie was in the “glam chair”, her mom and I worked through our locations for each of the gorgeous outfits she brought along.  If you want to look like you belong on the cover of a magazine, I can help you by using these tips!  I highly recommend my senior girls spend the extra time and investment having their hair styled and makeup applied by a professional hair and makeup artist. It makes a world of difference and provides for a more polished look in the final images.  Plus, it makes the day extra fun and exciting! I mean – who doesn’t love being pampered and having a photographer follow you around all afternoon!  I also suggest taking the extra time to plan each “Look” the senior is dreaming about, right down to each location. Every little detail counts, and that means having freshly manicured nails, choosing the perfect jewelry and accessories for each look, and mapping out your day with the locations for each outfit.  This will really help to maximize your time at your session! My goal is to make my seniors feel just as special as their senior year is to each of them! To me, it’s all about the experience we have along the way!  After all, it’s your time to shine!  :)

These are some of my favorites of Ellie’s session.  I’m so glad I could be a part of this beautiful young lady’s senior experience.  She and her mom were so fun!  Thank you, Ellie, for choosing me as your senior photographer.  Hope college is treating you well!

Until next time, be a Blessing!

Madison | Deer Creek Senior | Class of 2014 {Oklahoma Senior Photographer}

I can’t believe the fall season is almost upon us!  It seems like summer just got started!   I’m so excited to share my first Class of 2014 senior with you all!  Meet the lovely Miss Madison from Deer Creek High School.  She’s smart, beautiful, plays volleyball, and is just about the sweetest girl you could ever meet.  When she graduates, she plans to attend either OU or the University of Arkansas, but she hasn’t made up her mind just yet!  (I know which one I’m voting for! WPS!)  Don’t worry girl, you have time to make the right decision (WPS!) See what I did there?  :)

Our day started out at Body Trends Spa, where she met with Eva of Beauty by Eva Aranda for hair and makeup styling.   All my senior girls have the option to do hair and makeup as a part of their session!  How fun is that?!  A model’s day of primping and a photoshoot!  What more could a girl ask for!  Ask about it when you book your session with MMP!  I am booking October and November now!

Madison brought along her mom and Nana :) to help with clothing changes, makeup and hair touchups.  Madison wanted a rustic yet feminine, classy feel for her senior portraits.  And I have to say, I think we nailed it!  I had so much fun getting to know all of these lovely ladies.  Despite the mosquitos and the Oklahoma humidity, we had a few good laughs, and a ton of memories made!

Madison – you were a complete joy to photograph.  Your natural smile, sparkling eyes, and easy-going personality made my job so easy!  I hope you know how gorgeous you are my dear!  Thank you for trusting me with this special moment in your senior journey. I hope you enjoy these images for years to come.  Best wishes in everything you do!  I know God has BIG plans for you!  Be Blessed! xoxo

Until next time!

Be a Blessing,

Missy

Back to School 2013 {Oklahoma Children’s Photographer}

Wanted to share some favorite back to school pictures from a few weeks ago.  My friend Jessica and I planned this for our sweet girls.  We had so much fun getting out all these fun props!  The girls did great!  Well, until the mosquitos started biting! :)  Love these girls to pieces!

Until next time!

Be a Blessing,

Missy :)

Beautiful Sunlit Family Session | Alexander {Oklahoma Family Photographer}

I was introduced to this sweet momma through my good friend and hairstylist.  She is a very talented esthetician/facialist (check out her website here: Www.styleseat.com/whitneynicoleskincare).  You NEED to go see her for a facial… She’s incredible!  I had so much fun meeting her family and her beautiful 1 year old twins.

Whitney – you are so beautiful. Thank you so much for the opportunity to create these memories for you! :)

Until next time!

Be a Blessing,

Missy

First Communion | Trevor {Oklahoma Children’s Photographer}

What an adorable little guy with an amazing smile!  I’ve known this sweet boy since he was in kindergarten class with my daughter.  Now they are in second grade and growing up way too fast!   His sweet momma called me and asked if I could take pictures of his first communion at their church.  Unfortunately, our schedules didn’t match up for me to do them during the actual celebration, so we decided to take them the day after.  It actually worked out better because we were able to spend a little more time together inside the chapel and on the church grounds without feeling rushed!

The day we took these, the weather was unseasonably hot in April for Oklahoma (nearly 90!).  He was such a trooper for hanging with me outdoors in the heat.  I’m so glad his mom decided to commemorate this special time in his life with beautiful portraits.  He looks so grown up in his suit and tie.

I can’t wait to see what the future holds for him.  I know whatever it is, he will be blessed.  :)

Until next time!

Be a Blesing,

Missy
